You can use CDex, it’s a small easy to use program for converting wav to mp3 and vice versa, and has other good capabilities.

If you search through the internet, you can find converters that you install on your computer. I have one on my computer now. It is and MP3 to ALL converter. Just search WMA music converter and you should get a lot of hits.

I think winamp could do it.

a 3rd party software is the best way. If you like playing with music files…try a wave editor. In general Soundforge is the best for the money. It will do and convert anything, it even puts audio to video. (less than 50 bucks for the watered-down version)
Musiciansfriend.com is a good place to start shopping. Or Tigerdirect.com

If its a Nokia phone use the Nokia PC Suite software to load onto your Nokia Phone or else Use Flooty loops to save it as an mp3 file and load easily.

You need a program called "audiograbber"
it’s freeware and it’s actually made for ripping CD’s into MP3s.

There are better ones like Sonic Foundry/Sony Sound Forge, and this is more of a professional audio program.
